Nez : Doux et essentiellement porté sur les fruits, il possède également un boisé, le chêne dans cette relation avec le whisky, macéré, imbibé de ce nectar. Fruit de la passion, ça c'est bon! Il a ce côté minéral, beurré, ce qui va contenir les arômes, les laisser s'échapper lentement.

Bouche : Ce whisky distillé il y a plus de quarante ans possède un punch éblouissant. Le sherry mettra le temps nécessaire à l'ouverture pour s'exprimer, au travers du bois, de rancio, de fruits compotés, légèrement confits. Des épices arrivent également, elles contribuent au sentiment de puissance. Une goutte d'eau va laisser parler ce fruit de la passion, cet aspect laiteux, minéral. 

Finale : Longue, la sécheresse ira crescendo, sans atteindre des extrémités. 

Ce whisky va mettre le temps à atteindre son plein potentiel, mais après une demi heure c'est un moment rare qu'il vous est donné de connaître. 

C'est un whisky dans lequel il ne faudra pas hésiter à glisser une goutte d'eau, afin de canaliser sa puissance.

Nose: Soft and essentially focused on fruit, it also has a woody, oak in this relationship with whiskey, macerated, soaked in this nectar. Fruit of passion, that's good! It has this mineral side, buttered, which will contain the aromas, let them escape slowly.

Mouth: This whiskey distilled more than forty years ago has a dazzling punch. The sherry will put the time necessary for the opening to express itself, through the wood, rancio, fruit compote, slightly candied. Spices also arrive, they contribute to the feeling of power. A drop of water will let speak this fruit of passion, this milky aspect, mineral.

Finale: Long, the dryness will go crescendo, without reaching the ends.

This whiskey will take time to reach its full potential, but after half an hour it is a rare moment that you are given to know.

It is a whiskey in which one must not hesitate to slip a drop of water, in order to control its power.
