Nez : Tout en légèreté, sur le bois, le caramel. Légèrement citronné. D'autres fruits flottent à la surface du verre, ils sont plus neutres en arômes, neutralisés par une fine couche beurrée. Ce nez qui semble simple est en réalité d'une grande profondeur, il est celui d'un très vieux whisky devenu sage. Il y a de la prune jaune.

Bouche : Vanille, caramel, le tout accompagné de pas mal d'épices plutôt poivrées. Les arômes sont particulièrement fondus, pas simple de s'y retrouver, ceci dit c'est ce qui fait son charme. Avec ses 42,6% elle conserve une force perceptible, ce whisky est loin d'être à bout de souffle. Amère avec la mâche, sur des agrumes typées pamplemousse rose. Les fruits jaunes ouvrent la porte à une certaine acidité.

Finale : Particulièrement longue, toujours cette sensation d'un caramel vanillé. Du bois, des épices. Elle devient sèche, tout en préservant son énergie.

The yellow fruits open the door to a certain acidity.

Finale: Especially long, always this sensation of a caramel vanilla. Wood, spices. It becomes dry, while preserving its energy.
